Jab aap account banate ho ya BanaoCV use karte ho, hum aapke diye hue data ko process karte hain—jaise name, email, phone, career title/goal, location, resume details, education, experience, skills, template preferences, applications, saved jobs, support messages aur plan/payment reference.
Service security aur reliability ke liye limited device, browser aur usage information bhi process ho sakti hai. Optional profile photo aapki choice se private profile feature ke liye use hoti hai.
Data ka use / How we use it
Hum data ko account chalane, resume save/preview/download dene, requested AI result generate karne, application tracker/job features dikhane, support reply karne, payment/receipt record manage karne, abuse prevent karne aur service improve karne ke liye use karte hain.
Binding statement (English): We do not sell your resume data. We do not use your resume content to train public models without an explicit product policy and appropriate notice.
Resume, photo aur application visibility
Aapke resumes aur profile data default private account context mein rehte hain. Job apply karte waqt aap chosen BanaoCV resume select karke consent dete ho; us application ke liye relevant resume employer ko dikh sakta hai. Application withdraw/revoke karne ke baad product ke available controls ke according employer access/redaction handle hoti hai.
Profile photo optional hai. Aap photo add/change/remove aur resume mein show/hide karne ka choice control karte ho. Resume content ya photo public listing mein automatically publish nahi hoti.
Binding statement (English): We share candidate information with an employer only to the extent necessary for an application the candidate intentionally submits.
AI features aur data
Jab aap AI Resume, Score, JD Match, Guided Summary, Cover Letter ya BanaoCV Guide use karte ho, requested result banane ke liye relevant text configured AI service provider ko process karne ke liye bheja ja sakta hai. BanaoCV Guide ko limited account/career context diya ja sakta hai so that it can answer the requested task safely.
Passwords, OTPs, reset tokens, API keys, bank/card details aur unnecessary highly sensitive information kabhi enter ya share mat karo. AI output ko submit/use karne se pehle review karo.
Aapke data controls / Your choices
Aap available product controls se profile/resume edit ya delete kar sakte ho; Settings se data export, account deletion request aur support help ke options available hain. Some data security, fraud prevention, accounting, payment verification ya legal obligations ke liye limited period tak retain ho sakta hai.
Privacy ya data request ke liye registered email se supportbanaocv@gmail.com ko likho. Request verify aur review ki jayegi—automatic deletion guarantee nahi hai.

Hum reasonable technical aur organisational safeguards use karte hain. Koi bhi internet service absolute security guarantee nahi kar sakti; isliye apne account secrets private rakho aur suspicious activity report karo.
